Due to the phenomenal rise in the cost of shipping to the U.S.A. we are currently having to price each order individually . Please contact us for a shipping quote. We apologise for this inconvenience ,but alas it is out of our control.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We pride ourselves on producing good quality, handmade, original product. Great time and care is taken in creating each individual piece. Therefore by definition no two items will be the same, which we feel is part of their beauty. If any item ordered is not to the standard you feel is acceptable given the above, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We of course endeavour to replace or refund any item that falls short of expectations.
